Waitlist privacy

This notice covers the Hydratr launch waitlist, not the future app. Last updated November 2, 2026.

What we collect

Your email address, signup time, and the version of your consent. We do not ask for hydration records or other health data on this site.

Why we collect it

To send the early-access and launch updates you request. Joining is optional and does not create a paid subscription. We do not sell waitlist emails.

Storage and access

Our signup fields send your subscription to MailerLite. Older signups may be stored in Cloudflare D1. Access is limited to operating the waitlist and sending the requested updates. Hosting providers may process technical request logs to operate and secure the site.

Change your mind

Use the unsubscribe link in our emails. If you signed up through the older form, you can still use your saved removal link. Records are retained until you withdraw or the waitlist closes and they are no longer needed.

Cookies and tracking

When enabled, PostHog counts landing page visits, demo taps and waitlist activity with a random ID for the page visit. Hydratr does not send email addresses, buddy names, hydration amounts or form contents to PostHog, or use session replay. Your email goes directly to MailerLite when you submit the form. We skip these events when your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. The private preview host may require its own sign-in cookies. The interactive hydration demo runs in your browser and is not saved as health data.
